Q. How do I return an item?

A. Please go to my account and click on Order History and select the item to return. Select the appropriate reason and submit the return. You can also raise your concern through our automated Contact us.

Q. What is Mallfort return Policy?

A. We have 7 day return policy in the scenarios we have described. Please note that every shop owner or Brand may have different return policy. We request you to please check the return policy of shop owner before buying.

Q. For which reasons I can return the product?

You can return/replace the product due to the following reasons: -

  • Incorrect Size

  • Incorrect Color

  • Incorrect Quantity

  • if you have received an defective/damaged/dead item or not in working condition

  • Or Any item is missing in the packing/box

  • If you have received an item different from description given by the showroom

All items to be returned or replaced must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, packaging intact and freebies etc. if any

Please note that there might be some items on final sale and merchant has not make any provisions to provide the return on the same. will not accept return if merchant has marked as No return on the product.

There are some products like customized product, flowers or any other perishable items does not qualify for the return.

Q. Do I need to keep the original receipt of returning an item?

A. Yes. You should keep the original receipt of returning an item.

Q. How do I track my return status?

A. Please check on the my Account and we will also intimate if your return is accepted by the Shop owner.

Q. Do I need to make the original packaging for returning an item?

A. Yes. You have to make it as possible to similar to the original packaging.

Q. What if Shop owner does not accept the return?

A. Please raise it to the Mallfort helpdesk, we will co-ordinate with the shop owner on your behalf.

When return can be initiated?

Returns can be initiated only within 7 days of product delivery at your doorstep. After 7 days returns cannot be initiated.

Product should be delivered at Mallfort' s warehouse or Seller's place within 10 days of initiation of return.

3. How does a return can be initiated on Mallfort?

Q. Does Mallfort offers exchange or replacement?

A. We don't offer any exchanges or replacement. If you have any item for exchange, please return the same and place a new order.

6.Can we return anything?

Following Items cannot be covered under return policy

-- Large/Heavy Appliances/Items cannot be returned.

-- Gift Cards

-- Lingerie's/Inner Wears

However for both of these cases if product is defective or not working then user can contact MallFort in grievance and our team will take this up with highest priority and provide you the best solution.

7.I bought the item using my Cash Coins, what will happen if I cancel he order?

If you have consumed your cash coins while placing the order, upon successful cancellation of the order Cash Coins will be refunded to your Mallfort account.


Q. Can I cancel the order after placing an order on Mallfort?

A. Yes. You can cancel the order by the time shop owner has not marked the item "processing". The Cancel order facility will be disable as soon as the item has been processed.

Q. Can I cancel an item in an order?

A. Yes. You can cancel an individual item.

Q. Why order cancellation is not accepted?

A. The Shop owner or retailor or Brand owner may have processed your item. If you still want to cancel the item, please contact us at our helpdesk.

Q. What is Mallfort Cancellation Policy?

A. Order can be cancelled until the status change to Processing.

Q. I accidently ordered some items, Can I Cancel one?

A. Yes, you can do the same. If you still face any issue, please contact our Mall Helpdesk.

Q. Can I Can cancel my order once the item has been shipped?

A. No. We are sorry , you cannot do so. Please raise your concern once you received the item.


Q. When I will receive my refund?

A. We will intimate you once your refund is successful. Normally, it takes 3-4 business days to receive in bank accounts.

Q. Does Mallfort refund the money in the form of Cash Coins?

A. No, We do not refund the money in form of cash coin.

Q. Does Cash coins also refunded?

A. No. Cash coins are not refunded.

5.How long normally it takes to receive the refund in my account

Upon receiving the product/item, an inspection will be conducted. If product/item clears/passes in inspection then refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase, except for Cash on Delivery.

o COD order refund can be processed either in the form of Cash Points or NEFT Transfers.
